Good setup but not flexible with changes. I am building my first home and I realised I missed important items which I cannot do later but was not allowed to add those items, they just refer back to the contract saying as per the contract you cannot add anything after you have signed it. Also, they are allowed to do changes on site without notifying you to meet the "site conditions" but they won't give you another go for the items you have missed. Not flexible for first home builder as you will realise you cannot get your selection correct in the first go and will be required to add items as you

REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF 2 OLD WALL MOUNTED AIR CONDITIONING UNITS AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW DAIKIN DUCTED AIR CONDITIONING UNIT THROUGHOUT OUR HOME. ALL THE TEAM WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL , CO ORDINATED AND ORGANISED . THEY CARRIED OUT THEIR WORK IN HALF A DAY AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE INSTALLATION. THE AIR CON IS GREAT. CANT WAIT FOR SUMMER.
