Critical: Quality
Got a service done. they said they changed window wipers and charged me for them but never actually changed the window wipers. I told them my bearings sound like it needs fixing coughrans said it was fine I have now taken it to a different place and they said my bearing needs to be fixed within a week cause my bearings are that bad.

My ute broke down at Withcott, they came and towed me and my camper trailer. Mardie at the front desk was delightful to deal with, the blokes gave me an honest assessment, realistic time frame and a good price to get me back on the road. Great company with great people. My dog (who was with me) also approves.

I recently had a road worthy done on vehicle to change state registration. I was told the car was a right off due to hail damage and not to look elsewhere as everyone would have the same opinion. I suspected this was not the case due it passing three road worthys prior as the vehicle changed hands. It had also passed a road worthy 6 months prior due to another state rego change. It was found roadworthy by the next mechanic I used with some proposed future work. In conclusion the car that was deemed unroadworthy by this mechanic with a multitude (3000 min $) of issues besides the hail damage was
