I recently heard of YY Auto from a good friend of mine so thought I would give them a go on a suspension issue I had with my BMW. Arthur made the process easy. He analyzed the issue and not only called me with his findings, he also sent me photos of the issue which really resonated with me as in the past I have often wondered if the repairs being quoted where always legitimate. I have since had another of my cars serviced by YY Auto and have now made them my new go to repairer.

I contacted them to get a road worthy certificate when the manager/ director advised the charges of $179 for RWC certificate and have requested me to drop the car next morning.
I followed the instructions and dropped my car the next morning, not to long after that I get a text message with a quote of 3.5K AUD to fix the car to get the RWC and I instructed them to not proceed and have advised that I’ll collect the vehicle in the afternoon on the same day.
When I went to the centre, they forced me to pay $179 to release my car. They told where you get or don’t get you still have to pay us the
