Service was swift, Kimmi was super relaxed & knowledgeable & it was ultra affordable. Best of all: I LOVE MY HAIR. I am growing out my natural grey, so really appreciated the emotional support as well as the perfectly on point cut & colour.

When I first went in I didn’t have the best experience but the lovely owner Hayley made enormous efforts to fix that! Very impressed with the customer care and very happy with my colour and cut 😍 its always good to give people a second chance and I’ve been very happy to say the second time round my hair is perfect! Nothing pleasant about my experience. Had to wait 30+ mins, 3 different people doing my hair, loud and unpleasant music, terrible yellow foils which were overcooked so had to be toned down, rushed and rough and… my cut took about 2 mins. I was going to go back for colour correction but the experience was so unpleasant I decided to go elsewhere and found the lovely Magon at Picturesque Hair who did an amazing job on cut, colour and style and her premises were far more pleasant.

From walking in with the desperate need of a complete new hairstyle to walking out feeling like a million dollars, everything was faultless. Nothing was too big of an ask, not even adding a pop of colour whilst at the basin or a last minute cut!
The team are bubbly, outgoing and welcoming - within minutes I felt like I was laughing with old friends. Hayley, you have an incredible bunch of girls and as for Bailey, she is caring, professional, a perfectionist and nothing short of amazing. I felt comfortable with her straight away and trusted her completely; I knew whatever
