Absolute scumbag company.
Booked an end of lease clean, received a quote and then when walking them through on the day items that would be expected as an end of lease clean (including items that are clearly listed) was an 'extra'.
I ended up kicking them out after up-quoting me an additional $200 for some basic and expected cleaning details - i.e. dusting our interior window shutters was included but wiping with a wet cloth was an extra $100, oh and cleaning the outside of the windows was extra but the inside is included...seriously?
They also expected me to arrive 3 hours earlier than the booking

Unprofessional behaviour (including my needing to chase them to confirm the job), & danced around what exactly their bond-back guarantee exit clean includes. Insisted I pay before the clean was even started, with obvious exit clean things like *walls* extra. I went elsewhere, paid a little more for a professional job, which was invoiced after it was finished.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but this has to be by far the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning company. As per their website, this is apparently a company who SPECIALISE in BOND CLEANING - well, I'm not sure what they are referring to with that statement as they did not cover any of the basic requirements of a bond clean. The first visit for a small apartment, took over 3.5 hours. The apartment had already had a pre-clean so was in good condition to start with. I inspected the apartment afterwards to find grime all over the floor (worse than before they arrived), dust present

The service is worth the money. Given their reasonable price, their end of lease cleaning is excellent. My property is a 2-bedroom unit with no garage. One cleaning staff finished the job within 3 hours. Of course I checked my property to ensure all things were done properly. My agent was happy with the property and I got my bond back in full within a week!
