They answered the phone quickly and promptly and got an appointment scheduled fairly quickly. The technician communicated their time of arrival and showed up on as expected. Thats why the 2 stars.
The problem is, I specifically had called in about stains and spots on my carpet left by a tenant that i needed addressed. The technician didnt have an opinion on whether they might come out.
The cleaning was done in about 45 minutes and I was told the stains did not come out. When I asked them to show me what they had done to try and get the stains addressed, the answer was basic pre-treating. When

I called Chem dry and had never used them before. The operator said the team would be able to remove the stains on my carpet. The team came and I showed them the stains and offered resolve which I knew would remove them. I left them to work and went to another room. They called me back to inspect the carpet. The carpet had been cleaned but none of the stains were removed. Again I offered resolve to remove the stains. The team said they would have to hand scrub to remove the stains. I reminded them that this was the reason they were hired. The team told me this would cost more. I ended up paying

This is the first time I’ve used ChemDry Express and I was very pleased- easy to schedule, good follow up, fair pricing, and my carpets look great and are drying quickly! The serviceman was here for a solid 2 hours. A lot of care was taken to make sure the carpets were their cleanest. He even had me take a look in each room before he left to ensure he didn’t overlook anything. I am very happy with this company and their services!

The service person was efficient and friendly. He arrived early, and clearly explained what he planned to do. He gave extra attention to some stains in the carpet, noticing ones that we hadn't. When completed, he also gave us information on other services Chem-Dry provided without a hard sell. We would happily recommend Chem-Dry to friends and will use them in the future.
