NextPrint has to be one of my favourite suppliers to work with. We have been a customer of NextPrint since 2016 and we continue to get our printing from them as they are Good Value for money and High Quality delivery. Andrew is not only professional but super responsive to all questions and orders requested. They have taken us out of quite a few binds by turning over printing in a jiffy! Very bad service. Received a quote for $60 over the phone on Thursday. Sent multiple images through of what I wanted, however when I went to pick up on Friday all of a sudden it was $90. All in all not even an apology even though everything was in writing! Tried to be polite however I was told:
1. “You’ve already screwed us around”
2. Manager: “Now you’re wasting my time - this conversation has cost me $20 already.
3. You can get your artwork from somewhere else (on the day it’s due).
Thanks for reducing the competition in the area for future printing services.

Best service i've received at a print place! I had to get a portfolio printed for a graduation uni project, and Bianca made sure it was done in a quick timeframe and went out of her way to help with layout and ensuring the best print quality.
