TBW Accounting & Consulting

Prior to founding TBW Accounting and Consulting Pty Ltd, Ian worked in senior manager roles with Coopers & Lybrand in London and Adelaide. He both prepared forensic accounting claims and worked as an insolvency manager. TBW was formed in 1994 principally as a tax and accounting firm. The client base was traditionally medical professionals, IT businesses and other small business firms.

Since 2016 the principal, Ian Baker concentrated on providing consulting advice. Ian retired from public practice in 2021. Ian, the principal of TBW Accounting and Consulting has been a chartered accountant for 40 plus years. Highly experienced in business consultancy, he has assisted companies to publicly float on the Stock Exchange, carried out business valuations and due diligence on businesses.
