I have been using this company for years and have had reasonable service. But recently called them to replace a broken pipe. While the pipe was repaired they did not replace the paver in its original position over the pipe. When I called them a few days later to complain and ask them to lower it I was told it would subside naturally in 3 months! I… advised that this was not acceptable and I would prefer it to be lowered. I was then subjected to a long and patronising conversation about how difficult it is to run a business if they could not charge to replace the paver. Eventually I ended

More than just your average plumbing company! I've dealt with them at both a residential and commercial service level which was truly professional. Great communication, time management and accurate prici ng, along with providing alternative affordable plumbing solutions! So disappointing, don’t deliver on commitments and poor workmanship. Unprofessional in approach saying previous installation was badly done but they were the ones that did it. Had to pay extra for their poor workmanship from a previous job of theirs. Wanted to stay loyal and local but means nothing to them. Manager said they would review the price as it was their mistake and no feedback just an invoice. Still no comms from them as to why the job they did differed to what they said they would do. Really poor service. No breakdown on invoice on work carried out with price breakdown. Very concerning

I required 2 downpipes replaced quite quickly for a house I was taking to market and the first Open Home was only a couple days away. We spoke with Angus and he organized the replacement of the downpipes very quickly, at a competitive price and he couldn't of been more helpful.

Conrad Martins were so helpful - they had someone out to fix my spring loaded plug the very next day and were extremely flexible with timing. Once there, they got the job done very quickly and to a very high standard. Would highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

I am no expert in plumbing and was therefore concerned about ensuring I got the right advice, service and price for the work required. Conrad Martens were great from the initial call to the advice over the phone to the work itself. The plumber was on time, efficient, very clean and carried out some other minor work that he didn't need to but ensured the job was done right and left in a better state than it was found. The price was fair given the high quality. I WILL use them again.
