I Hired xugar to redesign my website WordPress WooCommerce, this project took them around 1 year and the following occurred:
1-They made a demo that we approved but it never deployed correctly
2-It made the site very slow and a lot of bugs and errors
3-i discovered that they only installed a theme called Electro which was not deployed properly or paid for.
4-they connected me to a developer named RAJ to fix all the issues, he took him more than 4 month to make a test page with left menu which I did not like how it looked or approve of the appearance of .
My Main issue that I needed resolved

SEO needs a lot of legwork and constant eye on your copetitors, Google index updates and your website health. This agency does all that. If you're asking for amagic pill, then dont work with an agency or on your SEO. Use other gorella marketing tricks. Xugar provides great value and is proactive with the market trends. Its not rocket science but so far im very happy with the return I have recieved.Very professional and honest from day one
