Services
Brendan is a clinical adviser to Imtec Dental (suppliers of mini-dental implants). He has a special interest in the dental management of snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea. Brendan is married to Andrea and they have an adult son, Tom. His other interests include golf (Kew Golf Club), cricket (Balwyn Cricket Club) and football (Richmond).

Fantastic! After the debacle at MC Dental, I booked an appointment here because the dentist I was seeing at MC Dental was not available for a couple of weeks. I secured an appointment with Dr Jamie Do much sooner, and received a much more thorough diagnosis. His ability to provide a more workable and affordable alternatve to the expensive treatment propsed at MC, saved me time and a great deal of money. Everything was done and dusted in just 2 appointments. He is much more pleasant mannered, and not heavy handed when using his equipment, unlike MC Dental's "expert". Thanks Jamie, I'm problem free and not out of pocket unreasonable thanks to your considered and expert approach to your work. I'll be spreading the word. And I will be back again for sure because I know I'll receive expert care and treatment, and nnot be over charged for unnecessary procedures!!!!!

The reception was not nice, very rude and made me very upset. I called up today as a courtesy to tell them I would be unfortunately 10mins late or to cancel. The lady was very argumentative and made comments to me which made me feel very guilty, then she made it very difficult to rebook, she was very directive and at the end it was impossible to talk to her. They also made a few errors with my appointment before which once I drove all the way to the clinic but the appointment was on a different day......Not what to expect as the front line of your services, very disappointing.

My son had a filling here, he was not happy, due to sharp edges. We had seen the dental technician and wanted to see the dentist for the second appointment but the receptionist would not let us change the second booking, We were quite happy to accommodate any wait or change of time. When the second filling started giving trouble, I rung to again. The receptionist did not apologise that we were having difficulties, or show any empathy, and kept insisting I describe the nature of the pain. My son was not with me, as he was at school.
