A Water Hardness Test indicates the levels of calcium in the pool water. Corrosion of plaster surfaces, tile grouting, filter equipment, pool ladders or any metal equipment can occur if the levels are too low. High levels may result in scaling throughout your pool filter system and in extreme cases water may appear cloudy.

Relieved to find these guys! After spending a fortune at other pool shops on chemicals (and still have it continuously turn green), we found Pristine Pools. Instead of selling us expensive chemicals without understanding the problem, they came out to look at our pool and instantly identified what the problem was. When we went into the shop to pay, we was told that they do not charge to quote and there was no charge. WOW!! We finally have a healthy pool for our family to enjoy.
