We use Synthetic type high quality oils, Penrite and Valvoline, There are many benefits of using high quality oils, such as better fuel consumption, more power, lasts longer, stays cleaner, better for exhaust convertors.
Parramatta Service Centre is privately owned by Trevor and Luisa Ramm. We opened in 1996. Trevor, Luisa, and Son Nathan all work in the business, Luisa Is the Office & Business Manager. Chelsea Ramm, the Daughter works at a Lawyer in Cairns city centre. At parramatta Service Centre, we have 2 Certified Examiners to perform Safety Certificates and taxi/uber hire car Certificates.
Our technicians have studied with Bosch all over Australia, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and Victoria, at Tafe Centres and at the Bosch Training Centre in Melbourne. We have also visited BMW in Germany, Ferrari & Lamborghini in Italy for studies. All Tradesman have completed certificate III in Automotive Service & Repairs, studying at Tafe Cairns.

We have 2 dynos for testing. The bike dyno requires a slick race type tyre to be fitted before testing can be done. The Engine Dyno requires the engine only, to be bolted in place. We test the 50cc auto clutch type engines only on the engine dyno, as this is much more precise. Dyno test graphs are the property of the engine/bike owner, and cannot be printed or viewed by others.
