I completed a confidential medical reasearch session in November and have not received my incentive despite requesting this on 3 occassions. I either get fobbed off or no response. Asked for assurances my information would be kept confidential. No response. Asked for a manager to contact me, no response. Sadly I wouldn't trust ekas with my confidential information or expect to receive your incentive. I would recommend steering clear if they approach you to undertake research as you will not receive your incentive and have no assurances that your information is being kept confidential.

The Company failed to email me details or phone me about my research session,Had me wait outside the building for the session. I signed to attend a session once provided access to the building ,then outside the session room was told I wasn't needed for the session. I found the whole experience very unprofessional and embarrassing. I wouldn't suggest anyone use this company for research.

I initially gave one star because -- I joined Ekas as a consumer panel for over 5 years. It has been great, reliable and interesting focus group, individual interviews, product testing etc. Sadly, in the last 6 months or so, the Firm has failed miserably regarding its failure to eventuate a Medical Survey interview after obtaining very detailed and confidential medical data. I became concern and emailed, faxed my concerns... BUT have absolutely NO responses from the Firm. This is concerning issues indeed, given the Firm holds a lot of data and has an extended arm in "Select Opinion".
