Services
Make your business stand out with your logo and graphics on your car, truck or bike. We use high quality vehicle vinyl that not only resists fading and aging and when removed leaves no residue so your car's paint is protected. Each job is professionally applied by skilled personnels. Brolga specialises in computer cut vinyl lettering, graphics and digital printed signage solutions.
Brolga has proven its commitment to the industry with the purchase of a 12 colour Tas Automatic Screen printing machine. Combined with other machines on our floor we can generate a turnaround of up to 8000 prints per day. We use high quality Wilflex and Permaset inks. Our experienced colour mixing department can match any PMS colour provided.
Brolga Design is able to work with all clients, great and small, because of the technology we use and the structure of our business. We have enabled smaller designers to design unique and specific ranges for resale and larger retail chains to develop volume product. Many associations and business use us to customise and brand their work uniforms.
We can print up to 10 colors in a design, please note that a white base is often required on dark colored garments and is considered a color. Placement prints can be printed anywhere on a garment however a smooth surface without seams or tags will ensure the best results. The set up charge is to color separate your images, to expose film for each of the colors and then to create a stencil onto a screen for each color.
