I dealt with William and Sharni after coming to a standstill with Fairwork for a Worker’s Compensation claim. I seriously cannot recommend this company enough. They actually Do care about the clients they work for and they take you into account, emotionally and personally all the way through. Emails are replied to at the latest within 24 hours, phone calls answered immediately if they are available. After a car accident that left me with damages and injuries, I felt very vulnerable and unsure about who to go with to manage my claim with ICWA.
