Sending many emails and recalling them. then cancelling my policy for no reason...I did send them all the file they needed in the emails. but they told me they needed something else which was not in the correspondence. be very carful as dealing with them may cost you and your business lot of money

An absolute nightmare if you ever need to make a claim.
6 weeks and counting and work still hasn't commenced because GIO are still trying to find an excuse to not cover something.
The assessor they sent was dodgey and corrupt. Clearly had an agenda to not assess fairly. Had another assessor, a plumber and builder all dispute and contradict GIO assessors report.
They're now dragging their feet since we haven't settled quickly and are trying to smother us in paperwork to drag this out as long as possible in the hope we accept the incredibly low cash settlement offer they offered before an assessment

I deal with a lot of insurance companies for work and finally found a great company! Great customer service, Demi even took my number in case the line got dis-connected so she could call me back.
Went above and beyond for me and gave me great advise and helped me with the insurance claim. Very impressed.
