After going to 2 out 3 appointments plus spending over $1000 Dr phoon makes the decision that I’m not a good candidate for a anti snoring laser treatment.Asked for a refund for 1 out of the 2 procedures.( only 20 min per session ) $500 .She said she would call back to arrange something. That was months ago .Still nothing …she knew that it wouldn’t work for me yet takes my money, tells you what type of dishonest person she is sadly.

Warning! I first went to Vie Nie Phoon because of the great reviews, and was happy with the first appointment, but then I had a bad experience and no reply to a letter I sent to the board. I went in for 3 fillings on one side of my mouth. During the appointment the dentist appeared hasty and frantic and numbed all 4 quarters of my mouth. I was confused at the time and thought I must not have read the treatment plan correctly, but when i went home I saw that the treatment plan showed that that appointemnt was for 3 filings on 1 side. Unbeknownst to me until I got the bill, I had been given 7 filings

Dr phoon was excellent. She has a very gentle technique and i experienced no pain at all. Her experience is evident and she took the time to show me my xrays and explain what was going on with my teeth. She was able to upload the xray immediately to her computer screen which i found impressive as there was no waiting around for xrays. The clinic is fitted out really nice with a combination of the buildings art deco features combined with contemporary styling. 5 stars from me!
