The roots of our company were firmly planted by our founder Petros Rendis who began the business in the 1970's. A carpenter by trade he began operating a small business that quickly established itself as a quality building operation with an excellent reputation for meticulous craftsmanship. In 1990 Peter Rendis (junior) commenced working for the family business, whilst completing his formal carpentry and joinery qualification at NMIT.
At that time the business name changed to Rendis Constructions and Son and continued to trade by that name until 1996 when Peter (junior) took over the company. Through thoughtful planning and strategic decision making Peter has expanded geographically and has diversified into commercial construction while continuing to focus on medium to larger-scale residential projects.

Our company has been operating for more than 40 years. The principle of the company Mr Peter Rendis is involved in every aspect of the project from the initial construction to the completion of the project.
We partner with a highly respected and well known architect to work with our client from early conceptual design to specifications and through to construction and completion of project. We believe that this type of delivery service is advantageous given that the designer and builder are of the same team and the lines of communication are always clear, concise and understood.
