Maxcon provides a traditional head contractor service where we manage and oversee the construction works. In this service we provide a 'lump sum price' to our clients and we assume the construction risk for the works. This fee-based service allows us to manage a project with regard to time and cost.

Having dealt with Maxcon as a sub contractor for many years, the quality of their work is fantastic. The projects in Queensland managed by Sean Chapman were run professionally and were delivered on time and to a high standard.
I would have no problem investing in a property developed or built by Maxcon.

The best employers I ever had, worked with them for at least a dozen years!! Very professional and warm and friendly, have a great ethos when it comes to building anything! Quality assurance...and friendly attitude. You want someone to build it, build it with Maxcon you won't be disappointed.

Critical: Professionalism
Maxcon built my apartment building and refused to fix several significant defects. They also used flammable cladding which i now have to pay to have replaced. They are an unethical building company.
