Great customer service & product. Everything went really well from beginning to the end. Great communication & customer service. We took few quotes but all of them are twice expensive than Austrend. Do yourself a favor & ask for a quote from Austrend before you accept any other benchtop quotes. 100% recommended.

Would have to be the most unprofessional, shoddy bunch of people I've dealt with. They didn't even want to take the templates for the bench top, only stone company in Perth that wouldn't, as another 3 companies I rang and cabinet makers said should always take as it makes for a 100% job. the install process reminded me of watching a building site in Bali. A big no from me

Very poor service. Very disappointed with the service and installation, would not recommend it to anyone. 6 people to install the natural granite and not a single person carried sealer to seal the benchtop after. When asked about sealer, one person told me rubbing it with acetone was the same as sealing. When I asked again, he told me to get the sealer from Bunnings and do it myself.
Only got a fraction rather than half of a block of granite leftover after I insisted on having it back.
In the 3 hours had 2 smoking breaks for the entire group even though there were at most 3 people working at
