Yes, it is a requirement for your electrical contractor to provide you with an electrical safety certificate within 28 days of job completion. Repair work is exempt from this requirement. We also provide electrical safety certificates following electrical safety inspections.

Michael and Tom did a great job installing ceiling fans and all new lights in my 1960s apartment and they were both friendly. I didn’t have to wait at all for the work to be done, Michael fit me in within a day or two. They were able to arrive before I left for work and the rates were very affordable. I believe they also service further south, not just the Fremantle area.

Fantastic service, very professional. Great price on the install of our split system air conditioner. Would definitely recommend and will be using Michael again for future electrical work.
Had Michael back to do our new shed and also our outdoor entertaining area , yet again did a amazing job all work neat and looks great .

We recently used Michael from Grays electric to install outdoor downlighting and a wall socket, an outdoor socket, plus some other small items in a unit in Tuart Hill.

Michael was the only electrician I came across who responded within 2 hours and was willing to do this on a Saturday at no extra cost. The service was professional and friendly. The bill was fair. I've recommended Grays to my family and would do the same to anyone. I'll certainly use Gray's as my regular electrician after this experience.

Michael of Gray's Electrics was recommended to me & we're so glad we hired him. He was hired to complete a job that another company couldn't do. He was completely professional, efficient, respectful, honest & trustworthy. He did a fantastic job. His prices were very reasonable. He also fixed up work that the other electrical company messed up and did not finish, but charged for, including removing 'their' illegal wiring. Michael ran rings around them and did so much work in less than half the time of the other company and they had 2 guys.
