My previous accountant who I've been seeing for in excess of a decade retired a few years ago, and I continued seeing the accountants here for a couple of years. The first year it was fine, but then the second time they forgot to calculate my HECS debt and instead getting money into my account, I got roughly a 4k tax repayment bill. The accountant didn't even have the courtesy to notify me of this. Thank you of screwing up my text return. Have a two-star vote.
