I was talking to a sales staff over the phone inquiring about life insurance but then I had to answer another call (as I'm at work, I own a business) and I asked the sales staff if I can put him on hold for a moment, I asked him politely 3 times and he did not reply and suddenly hung up the call! I think it's quite rude and unprofessional. Not my loss though. Imagine if a customer would like to process a Claim? Terrible customer service it's unbelievable. Now I've decided I'll stick with my current insurance company as they have better customer service.

Mr Mathew was great and professional and patience..l didn't feel any apprehension nor irritation in his voice. There was an accent in the English language yet all went thoroughly well. The questions was straight and direct and l being a Nurse, l understood the medical conditions well.

We haven't logged a claim yet, so can't rate them on that. But setting up an account was super easy. We were helped by Barney and he's one of the best customer service operators I've ever dealt with. Friendly, fast and responsive. The whole process in itself to set up a policy was super easy. Would definitely recommend Noble Oak!

I'd been putting off Life insurance for years, thinking it's all too hard, dreading the paperwork and medical assessments and tbh, I figured there would be a sleazy salesman involved. BUT within minutes online I was able to self service and determine my insurance quote. I did call just to ask a few questions, but they were totally normal, nice, caring, and helpful people on the phone. I was pleasantly surprised!
