Pro-Active Maintenance & Engineering is a company that has been operating in Brisbane, Australia since 1998. We provide general engineering services, maintenance of plant equipment and custom machine design and building. Since its inception in 1998, Pro-Active Maintenance & Engineering has grown from a one man owner-operated business specialising in fixed plant maintenance, to a diverse company which designs, manufactures and repairs machinery and components across an extremely broad cross section of industry.

Our specialty is the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of your specialised carton machinery. Pro-Active can discuss customisation of any aspect of your packaging machine including speed, size, level of automation and layout.
We can manufacture carton erectors to your exacting requirements, with as little or as much automation as you require. Our designers work with you to ensure layout, speed, size and controls are suited to your production environment. We design the machines with accessibility for service and maintenance in mind as well as consideration of safe and user-friendly operation.

We offer a full fabrication service, with our qualified tradespeople specialising in the residential & commercial sectors. We welcome all jobs: big or small; simple or complex; one-off or high throughput tasks; utilising steel, aluminium, stainless steel, copper, bronze and nylon materials.
As part of our commitment to you, we offer onsite servicing with the full support of our workshop, to help keep your business productive. You can be confident we can have your plant operating at full efficiency in the shortest possible time frame. Servicing your plant equipment can sometimes be difficult, especially if the service requires significant production downtime to complete.

I met some of the nicest people here!!
The company is very passionate about serving their customers with quality products. They have some really good CNC machines and highly skilled operators. Their expertise in design, manufacturing and maintenance of Packaging machines is well regarded in industry.
