Walked in this morning for a wash and blow dry and wasn't happy with the end result , she didn't take her time, one side of my hair is very straggly looking and very dry, costing me $69 for a wash and blow dry, come on! Very pricey. Won't be back. I stick to home based salons that take pride and time with their customers hair. I refuse to go to salons, haven't been to one in years too expensive and want you in and out. Very unhappy customer, such a shame:-(

When I first went in, staff were very nice..I was very surprised at the cost $374, My hair looked great, and I was told of half price Tuesday's, (which they don't do anymore), and to be honest I never walked out paying half the price! On another occasion, I had a coupon on my phone, which had expired by a day, and that more or less was too bad by the owner!
Shannon on the other hand is Flawless' one amazing lady..
Although paying nearly the price of my weekly rent, just didn't make sense. I have now moved on and found a hair dresser around the corner, that is as good! I paid $200 for the same

Absolutely stunning results everytime. I have been to both Chloe and Nicole, both amazing. I have had hand painted balayage and foils here. The colour also ages very well, even when it's grown out a little, it still looks good. The hairstylists are very informative, detailed consultations and handy hair care tips while you're getting your hair done. They are also working on being a sustainable salon, which I really appreciate.

I wish there were more stars to give. Seriously 10 out if 10 salon. The care and attention to detail that was taken with my hair was amazing. Emily is a serious god sent she spent 6 hours with me color correcting my hair which must have had like 5 ifferent shades of red and brown in it 😂 i have never felt like so on the same page with a hairdresser i am excited to my hair journey getting to where i want to be. All the girls were so lovely, and the gentleman at the front I am sorry but i dont know your name and emily huge thankyou for staying late and not rushing my hair ensuring the best result

I went here because they specialise in blondes and I literally paid to $380 to look the EXACT same. They offered to tone it back, I wish I didn’t paid. Haven’t been ripped off like that in a while. My hair dresser is in another state. I will wait until I fly back home, that’s how confidently I can say I’ll never be back to blonde army. I’ll literally fly to another state before getting my hair done there again.
