I cannot be more enthusiastic about the service provided by Labelcity. I ordered some labels on11 Oct. AusPosts tracking showed that the parcel was in Melbourne the next morning. It then bounced around Melbourne e for 2 weeks. At that point I called Labelcity to alert them to the issues with Auspost. Without asking they shipped a replacement order. This one got to melbourne a couple of days later and got bounced around Melbourne again. but AusPost got the delivery address wrong (not LabelCity, they had it right)
Having corrected the address in AusPost's system, nothing happened, no delivery. 2
