We love seeing people feel the real benefits of massage. Through massage we can help to reduce chronic pain and muscle tension, increase your flexibility and mobility, improve sports performance and produce deep relaxation. Massage even helps reduce stress and balance sleep patterns. Our therapists are professional and caring, focussed on taking your pain away and leaving you feeling great!
We are qualified in a variety of remedial and relaxation techniques and will tailor your massage to benefit you. We have Hicaps in the clinic so you can claim on-the-spot heath fund rebates for remedial treatments when applicable. At Jindalee Massage we recognise massage as part of your overall wellness program.

Services
A full body massage that aims to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. It uses gentle, long rhythmic strokes, kneading and gentle stretches. Based on Swedish Massage, it is extremely therapeutic as it improves circulation, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.
Massage is a perfect way to ease the aches and pains experienced during pregnancy, improve circulation and promote relaxation and healthy sleep. Pregnancy massage can help relieve pressures which commonly set in due to the increasing weight of the baby, such as swollen feet and hands, sciatic or lower back pain, pressure around your ribs and leg pain or cramps.
At Jindalee Massage we can incorporate sports massage therapy as part of our overall remedial massage treatment. Sports massage is beneficial to help prepare for competition, both physically and psychologically, and to assist in recovery from training and competition. Sports massage is also suited to anyone that simply loves to train!
At Jindalee Massage health fund rebates may be available for remedial massage treatments (including pregnancy). We recommend you contact your fund and consult your individual policy to check that it covers remedial massage. We have Hicaps available so that you can claim your health fund rebates on the spot (when applicable).

Well and truly a 5 star set up. All staff are well trained and very friendly. The great thing about jindalee massage is that each masseur / masseuse is different, meaning there’s someone for everyone. The rooms are very clean and tidy and well presented. They offer health rebates and a range of services including sauna. Strongly recommend coming to this clinic and trying each person until you find the one for you. There’s a long wait list but that just goes to show how good this place is!

I have lived with lower back pain for many years due to a work related injury and I visited Jamie at Jindalee Massage after he was recommended to me by a friend. I have to say that it was the most amazing treatment that I have ever had!! Jamie's knowledge and incredible ability has had me moving more freely than i have been for years. Thank you so much Jamie.

Wow fantastic the best massage 💆♀️ I have ever had. Jamie totally got all my problems sorted for now with my tense muscles. I have to return . Wish my husband had bought me more groupon vouchers . Totally… recommend . I never knew I even had muscles in certain places . Just was amazing . I could really do with this treat each week to say the least .
