Hired to install a gas lamp on patio, let them know I had a meeting I had to attend (virtually), so they would have to talk to my daughter if there were any questions. Within 15 minutes they were knocking very loudly on my back door, I had to step away from my meeting and come downstairs to see what the issue was. Not the plumbers fault, but they wanted a support structure built for the gas lamp, and had no recommendation on who could do this. Frustrating considering this could have been determined over the phone before setting the appointment.
I was left with no solution and no recommendation

Positive: Professionalism
I don’t write many reviews, but I had a complicated tankless water heater replacement and was impressed with the attention to detail in solving the problem, protecting our floors and explaining how to extend the life of the new water heater. The plumber, his assistant and the scheduler were all very helpful
Service: Boiler installation

When we got power back during the "Texas Freeze" we realised we had a leak in our 1st floor ceiling. We shut the water off and called Ty, he got to us a couple of hours later and repaired the leak. When we turned the water back on we realised we had another. This happened 17 times. ( Not a misprint, 17) He stayed till they were all fixed, about 11pm. If I could give more that 5stars I would. Courteous, clean work and professional.

I had a water heater pilot light go out. Ty was prompt to come out. He reset the thermal switch and relighted the pilot light and charged me about $100 for Two minuets of work. Fine and Dandy. However, he did not diagnose why the pilot light keeps going out. So now we have to reset the thermal switch every time we need to shower. Ty is probably a good plumber, but is to busy to fool around with small task. Now, I have to fix the darn thing myself or find someone who can complete the task.
