I used to take my cars to them for service and roadworthy... this last time I bought a friend's car who was sure of the mechanical state of the car, and they listed the brake disks andpads at less than minimum, engine leak oil and a few other expensive repairs.. so when I took it to the owner another mechanic reviewed the list and said they were absolutely false. Making me doubt if they ever been truthful to us.

I went to M1 Motors for a roadworthy and was impressed by the quality, diligence and speed to the service. Although it failed the first attempt Jo advised me exactly what needed to be done and even recommended a seatbelt replacement service to use and went the extra mile by actually taking the seatbelt out of the car for me, allowing me to post the belt to be repaired during lockdown. 5/5 Highly recommended.

Never had a good mechanic shop like this. Very kind and a mechanic you can TRUST - will not over charge - and most importantly a mechanic you can depend on in case of EMERGENCY for quick repairs as well . They will try to do their best to accommodate...Normally I dont give good reviews like this

Limited options to bring our mini bus in for a servicing, we went to M1 Motors. We know now that we should have checked the reviews beforehand as we definitely got played. We asked for a servicing and roadworthy and upon collecting after the servicing we were straight away told that it would not pass a roadworthy with at least $6000 worth of repairs needed. Having then taken it to another mechanic we soon realised that we were lied to about the majority of things that needed fixing that were never even mentioned by the second mechanic. While safety is important, ripping people off isn't !
I was quoted $750 for repairs that cost me $202 to do myself, 10 days later and the car only been driven less than 20ks, he finds another fault, which cost me $250 for him to fix, he was making sure he made $$$ out of me.
while i waited, not 1 roadworthy was passed.
Up to you to decide if he is trustworthy or not, but i will never return !
The guy in the office is a scream though, we had a good chin wag.
