Wise Loan was foundered by Graeme Harry in 2002 after working for 10 years in the finance industry and graduating with a Bachelor of Business Degree (Accounting and Marketing) in 1992 at the University of Technology Sydney. Graeme is now the Managing Director who has a passion of helping people save money and give people the best opportunity of success.
Matthew is a family man, lover of sports, home owner and someone who loves to see people moving forward in the home owner or investor phase of life. Having lived in Newcastle for over 15 years, he has a wealth of knowledge, insights and experience in the home buying and mortgage providers market. Mathew loves to connect with his clients, know their situation, explore options and gain a full understanding of the wants and needs of each individual.
We know that everyone wants that perfect home, but there's many paths to go down to get there. Whether it's flipping properties or finding an up-coming area to live while you work to save for your dream home, we hope to be apart of your journey and help you along the way! The experience was aggravating from the beginning. I put the application in online and played phone tag for 3 days trying to see what else was needed to finalize my loan. Eventually I got the right person on phone and they completed the process. I was say they need to improve their customer service skills.

Too much of a hassle to get the loan and the repayments will cost you a arm and a leg. I had told myself the first time, not to go back and get this loan, this loan will make you cry and have many lots of sleepiness nights. This time I made myself a note to permanently delete them from my list of companies to borrow from. Thank goodness I pay them off!

My favorite part of these loans Is low interest, fast funding, builds credit, and great customer service. I'm using it just to build credit. Most of these loan companies don't build credit but will ruin your credit score with late payments because you have to pay back double or triple the amount you borrowed. I borrowed $600 from wise loan and paid $60 in interest, so $660 total I had paid back and is helping my credit. Best payday loan place ever. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Great company 👍 all online 👍 same day fund transfer. No BS and no hidden fees

The -person that spoke to on the phone was Linda. Very nice personable. She actually spoke English and was easy to understand. You might that this is a strange comment but how many people to do you call for assistance at call centers are in the US and speak English.

This is the worst loan place I have ever attempted to get a loan for. They send emails regarding same day funding, but didn’t mention that you had to apply by a certain time beforehand. They never answer the phone. I spent four days calling to attempt to cancel the loan, I stayed on hold until someone picked up the phone & hung up in my face every single time. Didn’t even say hello, literally picked up and hung up. I have yet to get a call back after leaving several voicemails. I selected the option for them to call me back instead of holding, which to no avail. I have yet to get a call back

I highly recommend wise loans! Graeme really knows his stuff!! He was always available when we needed to talk to him, even when he was on holiday! Wise loans managed to get us a loan under my casual employment status and more lending capacity than what any other broker had told us! We have just bought our second family home that we never thought we’d be able to in this market and we couldn’t of done it without wise loans! Thank you! 👍🙏
