This can be achieved by the implementation of a total green building package; including but not limited to specific insulation, plumbing, materials and technique options.
Phoenix Building does not build spec homes-each home is custom built to suit each client's lifestyle, needs and taste. We can work with our clients from the beginning with the completed drawings, right to the stage of moving in. Phoenix Building is a registered Builder, a member of HIA and is Green Smart accredited.
There are many sustainable building measures that can be implemented to not only lessen your ecological footprint, but also increase your property's efficiency, and in some cases - productivity. A passive or semi passive property contributes to lower expenses over the lifetime of the property, through lower running and maintenance costs, cleaner living and its ability to capture nature's energy.
