We are dedicated to providing exceptional oral health care for children in a friendly and nurturing environment. Children are not just small adults and require expert specialist care. Internationally it is recognised that all children from one year of age should have a dental assessment. Kinderdental promotes healthy mouths for life and this begins when we welcome your child to our dental practice.
A comprehensive oral examination assesses not only your child's teeth, gums, lips, cheeks, hard and soft palate, tonsils and facial tissues but also the growth and development of their face and jaws. The importance of oral health is increasingly being acknowledged to affect other bodily systems in both adults and children.
At every appointment, a complete oral examination will be performed. In addition to visual inspection, we use additional techniques such as laser fluorescence to detect dental decay as early as possible. However, in certain situations, x-rays are the gold-standard in detecting dental decay and it may be impossible to gather all the required information without them.
Our close-knit team aims to provide compassionate dental care to Perth's children. Although we are a new practice, our team members have extensive experience in the specialist dental care of children. Dr Justin Wong is a registered Paediatric Dental Specialist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

We had such a fantastic experience with Kinderdental! Recently, our 18 month old required dental work under a general anesthesia- Dr. Rebecca Williams and the rest of the team made it a very smooth and stress-free experience. From the consult to treatment day and beyond, everything was communicated and handled so well. The staff there greet everyone with a warm friendly smile and are very helpful and knowledgeable. We are so appreciative of having such a wonderful team we can trust to look after our smallest family members' dental needs!

I am very disappointed about the service we had today at the dentist. I believe that they could’ve done it better to make things go easy given that it was my girl’s first treatment getting done. My 4 year old girl got scared at once as soon as the suction and water machine was on because of the noise. I understand that they needed to get the glue off as soon as possible but there was no caring or understanding attitude towards us about why she wouldn’t lie back again to continue. I think that they could’ve shown her by turning on suctioning and water to get her to understand what’s going

Dr Justin and his team are amazing. The dentist office is really cool for toddlers and kids. They have ipads set up, a TV playing abc kids and the best fish tank that appears to be based on the dentist's from Finding Nemo (or maybe its just a coincidence?) The receptionist and nurses are really friendly and Dr Justin is so knowledgeable and caring.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The reception staff are always amazing at Kinderdental and I can highly recommend going to see Dr Justin & his team. My children were anxious and now they can't wait to go back. Sandra made the kids feel comfortable, relaxed and very welcome. What's more important is that their work that they have completed is to a high standard and you can see that they have pride in the work they do. A real gem to have in Perth.

My daughters have been seeing Dr Rebecca at Kinderdental for the last 18 months and have always been provided with great service and a positive experience. My daughters are excited to go to the dentist and who wouldn't be with the impressive facilities (the aquarium is always a hit) and a smiling and patient dentist that makes them feel important and part of the process.
I would not hesitate to recommend Kinderdental!

Fantastic dental practice. The dentists and dental nurses are very friendly and wonderful with children. They really take the time to answer any questions or address any concerns whilst performing a thorough dental check. My children love looking at the fish tank and playing with the iPads, just an added bonus to what is an already amazing practice.
