Called Izaak for a leak that we had. Izaak came same day, gave us a free quote and attempted to fix the leak. Through no fault of his own, it ended up being a much bigger fix than we first thought and we ended up having to re-run our water from meter to the house. Izaak organised the whole fix, kept us in the loop the whole time, was always on time and super friendly, and with his quotes there was no hidden costs and we thought it was very fairly priced. I would highly recommend Isaac at Refined Plumbing Sunshine Coast.
Isaac supplied and installed taps in both showers and also supplied and installed a water pressure limiter to our property.
The job was explained to us in easy to understand language and a detailed quote given to us prior to work beginning. The work was then done promptly and efficiently by Isaac. Isaac was very professional, polite and very approachable. On completion of the job, all rubbish was removed and our bathrooms were left spotlessly clean.
A week after Isaac completed the work, he followed up with a phone call to us

Recently had Izaak come around to look at some things that we needed to get done. Gave us options and was upfront with all options. Really listened to what was required and if something didn’t sound right or he thought there could be other ways, would ask further questions. After agreeing to go ahead he go stuck into it. No fuss and after a few hours job done !!
