We do not charge for the initial consultation as it is the best way to ensure that we are a "good fit" to work together on your event. Typically an hour or so will ensure that we can get a clear idea of your vision and provide a detailed quote on your event. The styling team at Jewel Phon Flowers will make the process extremely easy whether you know exactly what you want or if you need some help with coming up with your styling ideas.

Please keep in mind that flower availability is highly dependent on weather and climate, so cannot be guaranteed. Damien and the team at Jewel Phon have been so lovely right from the very first phone call. Not having had any experience with planning a wedding before, Damien answered my questions patiently and exuded confidence which gave me the assurance right away that they would be right for us. The floral decor at our wedding reception was absolutely beautiful and even left an impression on our families! (Asian families are very hard to impress)

We booked Jewel's services in November 2020 for our wedding in November 2021 for a relatively large sum. Obviously with recent events in Sydney (in September 2021) and the restriction on number of guests at the wedding, we decided to scale down our wedding and cancel the reception.

Jewel and Damian did an absolutely amazing job for our wedding. The communication with them was great, we had a number of changes throughout the planning of the wedding, and they were accommodating and made the changes without question. The styling on the day was absolutely beautiful! Our guests couldn't believe how beautiful everything looked with all the fresh florals. Our guests were also really excited that they were able to take the florals home at the end of the wedding. The bouquets and buttonholes also made the bridal party look absolutely amazing!
