I couldn’t find appropriate words to describe how uncaring and underwhelming our experience was with this mob. From constantly having to ask for information about the condition of the block of land we were selling, to finding out it didn’t even have a For Sale sign on it - everything was a complete struggle to deal with. Once a For Sale sign had been replaced (terribly windy down there was the excuse) a contract for sale was miraculously secured!
But then the real fun starts. Accepting a contract for sale for land only, then be stuffed around for three months whilst the purchaser sought Building
