Horrible experience. Kellie was great but since she left just before my settlement the service went dramatically downhill. Not advised of who my new lawyer was, didn’t receive a pre-settlement statement to approve and then I had to request a final statement. When I got it figures were inaccurate and I was told to follow up with the bank. I attempted to complain internally to see if we could reach a positive outcome but was met with arrogant, rude, and clearly incompetent staff who did not acknowledge my concerns.
