Very disappointing Christmas lunch 2021
Meat was cooked perfectly and the atmosphere was lovely but that's all the positive comments I really have.
The function was not catered correctly, they ran out of food and some guests were not able to have a full meal, ran out of potatoes, pumpkin, carrots.
I was very disappointed that for a Christmas buffet they didn't even have bread rolls, paying the money that we did there should have been enough food for everyone to have as much as they like.
95% of the staff were amazing but like anywhere you get it your bad ones. I asked one lady for some butter

We have just celebrated the Renewal of our Vows at Flaxton Gardens. The venue and views are spectacular. The personal customer care from management and all the staff was even more spectacular, not to mention the delicious spread that was served. Thank you to the Chefs.
We can only highly recommend Flaxton Gardens for your special events. We will certainly be back even if it's just to enjoy a nice High Tea.

A little while before getting engaged I came across Flaxton’s Instagram page, and I fell in love. I remember telling my now hubby that we are getting married here one day. To prove how much I fell in love with this place, I submitted an enquiry to look through the venue the night we got engaged! Over a year later, and with our wedding having been and gone just over a month now, I am so glad that I stumbled across their page.

We were married at Flaxton Gardens on the 18th of April this year, after two postponements due to Covid19. It was a very stressful time for us, however due to the efforts of Marianna, Alicia and the wonderful staff at Flaxton Gardens, we had an absolutely magnificent day with our friends and family. All of our guests loved the venue and the staff, and adored the excellent food! Every person complimented us. I can honestly say that we all highly recommend having a wedding here. Flaxton Gardens hosted our High Tea baby shower...
20 out of 10... Alicia was most helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend it and will be back soon. We had 27 in attendance so did not get the usual High Tea cups and saucers that smaller groups would usually get. That did not spoil the occasion.
