Arrived on time for appointment. No client interaction apart from to say what you want done with your hair.
Staff talk between each other while doing customers hair and not to client.
Hair brushres need cleaning.
Staff member Lyn seems to be overbooke d as I walked out not even getting my
hair trimmed as i requested in the begining. Only got
my fringe trimmed.
Definitely not going back.

I booked a late night appointment and the staff presented in an unprofessional and inconvenienced manner.
It’s a shame because I’ve heard other people have had great experiences with being offered water and coffee on arrival . The staff were also watching soap operas on the TV which didn’t make for a relaxing vibe.
I felt like I was a burden on the business and the staff just wanted to go home
I won’t be recommending John’s to anyone.
