L cooper "managed " our rental property for 3 years, in that time they did not do an inspection , return my phone calls or emails. Upon making personal presentation to their office my requests and messages were not replied to. They are lazy slovenly and slothful. We have 6 rental properties, their manging agents are in stark contrast to these clowns.

We have worked with Emily as our Property Manager for the last two years and have always found her very easy to work with. She was very responsive to both our tenants and ourselves, always following things up in a timely manner!
