WOW - This is a place that you should do business with!!!
I was looking to pay an accountant to do some pre-analysis / accounting work.... so i called them up late on a Friday afternoon, and i had my called put through to a fantastic accountant (Troy Pearce) right then and there.
They took the time to understand my issue and then gave me a point in the right direction - and informed me that for what i required, i did not need an accountant at this point. Amazing, i was ready to fork over whatever the cost then and there...
Not many people like this left in the business world. Not to mention

We had an appointment today . Rang Friday to see if we could bring appointment forward / confirm in concrete Mondays appointment .
There was absolutely no chance of bringing appointment forward, no chance of doing a bit of of overtime or squeezing us in .
We both had the day off work today just to do our tax . It's been planned for weeks .
At 915am we get a call to say Cliff is off sick .
No one is filling in for him . What a joke !
