As a pending client, Rhys goes above and beyond with his extensive knowledge of home septic systems and council requirements to try and solve any technical problems you might be having with your council applications, as I am. He is friendly and professional in his approach and the only environment engineers you will ever need in my eyes AND that's with out engaging there services yet as we are trying to determine viability of the project. I was advised by council that I needed a waste report a few days before Christmas and needed the report by 13 Jan. What was an impossible task for some other firms I contacted, was no trouble for Broadcrest. They were professional, responsive and extremely accommodating to our changing needs (e.g. northern beaches lockdown). The report was thorough and very high quality and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them.
