Dr. Mustafa was excellent and work wise its 5 star.
The only trouble happended with reception giving me a wrong verbal quote for dental filling. She told after dental clean 11$ and when i got charged they charged me 66$. So, I got overcharged by 55$. Their argument was it may be miscommunication, but i am sure what she quoted and i got immediately booked saying "11$ out of pocket is ok to pay".
Later ,when i requested that is not what was quoted , they told me if I have written quote which reception did not provided. It was their duty to provide as I had asked for quote. I am not sure if they

Dr Mustafa has been treating me for many years now and even though I am a very anxious patient Dr Mustafa makes me feel calm and he is gentle, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Emailed and called several times for pricing on medibank member services. After 4 calls and 3 emails later I got a call back from a nurse who refused to give her first name, which I found very defensive and odd. This woman was very rude and ended with ‘make an appointment or go elsewhere’ and hung up. AVOID
