Couldn't recommend Romano's Automotive highly enough. I've had several of the mechanics service my car and every one of them has been professional, punctual, and thorough. Rob is always prompt to respond to any queries and goes out of his way to give detailed explanations. In an industry that can be difficult to find quality service, these guys are exceptional. They are also more than reasonably priced - if anything they should be charging more! Will never use another mechanic again - no surprises they only have 5 star reviews.

Romano’s technical expertise is a class above the rest.
Before contacting Romano’s I booked my car into another major branded mechanic workshop to diagnose an intermittent rough idle. The other workshop told me I would need a new ECU and to take the car to Holden. I took their advice and after spending $1,200 to replace the ECU, the car still had the same issues.

If you have been looking for an honest, master technician, Rob is your man.
Rob explained the repair & parts needed, sent me photo's of what he found & took the time to run through the job he had done in easy to understand terms.
Update, took my wife's Estima to Rob to get some oil leaks fixed (which I couldn't fix myself).
Rob discussed with me (and kept me informed during the repair) in detail the costs involved & what should be done whilst undertaking an 'engine out' job e.g. timing belt kit, drive belt kits, plugs, hoses etc that will save money in the long run ... do it once & do it properly

Had these guys do my car service for many years now, never a complaint about their service. Brought up issues that I was able to get fixed before my warranty ran out and gave sensible recommendations to get a little extra use out of parts before replacing them. A mechanic that not only comes to you, but one you can trust.

Since being referred to Rob, the level of communication regarding everything from just getting my car into the shop to details of what is wrong with my car and the solutions has been extremely efficient.
Rob has always provided multiple options (if there are any) and his honest recommendations which i trust. The service reports are extremely detailed, outlining things on a time frame of when they need to be fixed has allowed me to prioritise the work and keep track of things that i will need to get done in the future.
I don't think i have had a mechanic with this level of professionalism.

Rob and Hayden were both honest, reliable and affordable. I've had many experiences over the years with multiple car mechanics where I felt they weren't being completely honest and transparent with me. It's been a relief to finally find someone I feel is ethical, I can trust, and who provides exemplary service for the car as well as exceptional customer service to me. Outstanding. Five stars :)
