I am surprised this company can actually make any money as they lost my original quote, then never showed up, then never showed up again for the rescheduled appointment and now don't respond to emails or phone calls!! I would not waste your time with this company.

Recently had Corey install a new continuous hot water service to replace our old failing solar water. Very glad we went with his quote as he really was very knowledgable and recommended the best option for our house. He was also the cheapest quote we got! Highly recommend Bayside!

Booked them to do a CO2 measure and heater check up/maintenance for my elderly in-laws...A few weeks later, heater completely stops and I request Bayside Gasfitting & Plumbing to investigate. They say they need to charge me for the callout which doesn't seem right so I find another at a better price. Turns out the heater was basically untouched and filthy, cause was a dirty injector. Looks to me like they saw my elderly in-laws and took advantage of them and did nothing. It clearly states on my invoice that cleaning injectors is part of the tasks for the check up.

Absolutely shocking. asked for a quote 3 times during the process of getting our ducted heating fan replaced, every time it was an excuse ¨i just do the work, contact the office" then the office ¨I'm not sure depends on the time it takes" followed by ¨ẅe need to send it to our repairer, they'll let you know your options" never once did anyone tell us a price, then we get a bill in the mail for $650 for about 30 mins work! I cannot stress highly enough that you should never ever use this place.
