Before a contract of sale can be signed for the sale of your property, as the seller you must provide a Section 32 which is given to your agent and then onto anyone who intends on purchasing your property. The Sale of Land Act requires that you provide certain information. If you fail to disclose the relevant information about your property the purchaser will be able to cancel the contract.

A will is a legal document that sets out how your assets are to be divided after you die. To prepare a will you must be over 18 years old and have a full understanding of what you are doing. Your will must be in writing and must be signed by you in the presence of two other witnesses in order for your will to actually be valid.
Probate is the process of officially proving that a will is valid, this means that upon application to the Supreme Court it will establish if the will of the deceased is their last will and testament. A Grant of Probate is issued in cases where the deceased's last will is proved by one or more of the executors named in the will.
