The place looks super cute from outside and inside. But they have massive problem with the phones. Not only it rings and no one picks it up. But the mechanical voice will also say out loud all the numbers of the phone number of the caller, on repeat, for the duration of the call. And that explains why I tried to call multiple times to book an appointment and no one never picked up the phone. I asked to the lady that was massaging me if someone would have answered the phone at some point. She smiled. I am sorry but mine is not the only review about the phone issues. I really hope they will do something

I was left halfway through the massage three times for the phone that kept ringing throughout the entire time I was there and a lack of a receptionist made her leave me again to go speak to the customers when she's back she has already lost track of what parts of the body she'd covered and what not and to top it all off my massage was ended earlier than it should and I'm asked if I was "Happy"

I'm so disappointed
I called to make a booking for 1:30. when I got to the shop no one was at the front and the door was locked. I spent 10 minutes waiting out the front when I finally got let in I then had to wait again. Once I was finally taken to the room I was made to wait again lying face down for what felt like forever, when she finally started the message it had been 20-25mins of waiting. The message was rushed and was definitely not an hour which I paid for. This is not the first time that has happened to me coming here. That is the main reason I will not be coming back.

Molly kindly fit me in for a one hour massage even though I did not have a booking. I am so grateful to her. Molly gave me a deeper tissue massage to remove shoulder and neck tension. She also gave me a relaxing massage. The massage was so relaxing. I also loved the tea at the end. Overall, Molly was very kind and experienced. I will return again and will be sure to book in advance. Thank you so much!

I have been to Palms on several occasions for treatment of my osteoarthritis and low back pain. I have always walked away pain free.
The girls sure know what they are doing and know how to get rid of those kinks and knots.
The shop is clean, the massage beds are big and comfortable and the therapists are well trained and educated in the art of Thai Massage. I always get the deep tissue and it seems to do what it’s intended to do- get rid of pain!!!

Love this place I come weekly or fortnightly every different massage therapist has a slightly different technique I always leave feeling relaxed and less sore. They definitely know how to find the notes and work them I won’t go anywhere else. My only feedback is they should have a loyalty reward system :)

Excellent remedial massage (& I'm very selective with massages!). Walked in with a sore lower back and my massage therapist was able to use a mix of deep pressure and some stretching at the end of the massage. She really helped relieve it and I'm in no pain the day after. The place was clean, professional and very serene. Highly recommend this place. Thank you ☺️
