IT Services (SA) was formed in 1994 to complement a successful sister company distributing computer hardware. We are an Australian owned company located at Gepps Cross just off of Port Wakefield Road. We perform repairs and maintenance on-site and in our workshop facilities.

Final date (receiving printer from repair): 11/2/2021 (Thursday)

Repair issue: lavalier mic pop filter stuck in paper path
Total Cost: $49.50 ("quotation fee")+ $16.50("labour fee") = $66
When the printer was submitted for initial inspection, the receptionist informed me that a quotation fee of $49.50 would be charged and the final cost of repair would be deducted from this amount .
I was informed on 10/2/2021 (Wed) that an additional cost of $16.50 was required for removal of the stuck item and
