Services
At Tablelands Physio we offer a range of services for the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal movement disorders. The types of injuries and issues we treat include back pain, arthritis, sports injuries, headaches, osteoporosis & chronic pain. Our services include physiotherapy, dietetics, manual handling training, aged care, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, chiropractic care and individual small-class exercise programs.
Just because you are at home or in a remote location, shouldn't mean you miss out on quality injury management. All you need is a computer with camera and internet access, but in some cases even a telephone will do. The majority of injuries for which you would normally receive physiotherapy are suitable for an online consultation.
Exercise physiology is the knowledge of the effects exercise has on the human body and how exercise can be used to prevent and manage numerous chronic diseases and injuries. Accredited exercise physiologists are university trained allied health professionals who specialise in exercise interventions for those at high risk of developing, or with existing chronic health conditions or injuries.
Born and bred in the Blue Mountains, Sophie is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and an Accredited Nutritionist with Thrive Nutrition at Blackheath. Before her life as a dietitian, she has 10+ years' experience working with food and people in the hospitality and healthcare industries, both in Australia and overseas.
Occupational therapy is a client-centred health profession concerned with promoting health and well being through occupation. The primary goal of occupational therapy is to enable people to participate in the activities of everyday life.
Occupational therapists achieve this outcome by working with people and communities to enhance their ability to engage in the occupations they want to, need to, or are expected to do, or by modifying the occupation or the environment to better support their occupational engagement.

Sally and the staff are wonderful and supportive as well.
Thanks to Sally I feel very relaxed and comfortable and she does her magic on me which makes me feel so much better after having surgery nine weeks ago and not as mobile as I should but it has taking a toll on me but Sally helps me to relax and the tension not as bad when I leave.
Thankyou to Sally and staff for the time I've been going.

Wonderful. Unable to attend the Practice due to being on the floor with a painful back injury, I was able to attend a comprehensive physiotherapy session via a Telehealth consultation. This Telehealth appointment was excellent- Sally helped me to get up and moving safely, guided me through exercises, and provided the expert advice and reassurance that I needed. I highly recommend Tablelands and their Telehealth service.
