Booked the Claremont as we couldn't get into the Viking Hotel, dissapointed
Car parking non existent, check in wasn't till the afternoon, some the guests must have arrived around 11am or before parked up their vehicles and went for a stroll round until check-in, we arrived at about 11pm no space's so drove into the main central car park and went for lunch in the amusement arcade cafe.
Drove back to hotel parked at the rear I went across the road to view the overflow car park, Full, there was an employee from the hotel there who asked me if I was on the car park I replied I was looking for a space

Another fantastic stay. All staff are well organised and pleasant. The room was clean and well stocked for our two night stay. £340 for Friday to Sunday all inclusive. The meals perfect. Buffet breakfast, ceral fruit and full English. Well replenished. We never stayed for lunch and 3 choices for mains with Buffet starters and choice of at least 5 desert. Good quality entertainment in the evening. This hotel NEVER fails to impess. Thank you all

Staff are rude! one staff member told me we could have our small dog in our room. a skanky bogun who was in the next room with her equally skanky boyfriend complained and someone told me that the dog was not allowed!!!!! I told her that an employee had told us she could stay no apology, nothing!! we had in the past regularly stayed there but NEVER again!!!!!!

Good value lovely food friendly staff only disappointed only one lift for 300 people and only 1 toilet block in the basement which if your disabled you have to wait to get lift or go to your room. Would be much improved if there were toilets on ground floor..waiting staff and entertainment staff were lovely .

Not empty the coin machine at 8pm when you close at 10pm and there are patrons still in the gaming room directly beside it. Dropping singular $1 coins that goes on for 5 mins so your staff can leave at bang on closing time is not acceptable. Staff member became irate and continued even after i mentioned the annoyance of this and continued on and on. Plus side food was delicious
